Eurofins Recruitment 2021 Job Description:

• Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience working as an automation engineer.

• Candidates should be fluent in at least one language and have prior experience with it (Javascript, Python).

• Candidates should be able to comprehend the requirements, write test cases, and manually test the application.

• Candidates should be well-versed in doing Root Cause Analysis of Defects, if necessary.

• Candidates should be able to communicate effectively about issues, objectives, initiatives, and planned performance.

• Candidates should have had other team members evaluate the Test Cases.

Technical Skills required for Eurofins Recruitment 2021:

•  Candidate must be proficient in any scripting or programming language.

• The candidate should be able to comprehend the requirements and translate them into test cases.

• SQA methodologies should be well-understood by the candidate.

• Candidates with hands-on experience with test management tools like as TFS/MTM, HP QC, and others are preferred.

• Candidate should be familiar with Agile/Scrum approach and have worked in an Agile context.

• The candidate should be familiar with SOA testing principles.

• Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to easily communicate with team members.

• Candidate must be self-motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision.

• Personal Qualities: The candidate must possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities are required of the candidate. And can easily explain difficult functional/technical concepts (using diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids).
