Eligibility Criteria for Aptean's Recruitment in 2021:
- BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc (Computers)
- 0–1 year of experience
- 2019 and 2020 are the years in which the law will be repealed.
- 60 percent and higher in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation aggregate
- Streams of preference : Any
Description of the Position:
- SQL Support, Troubleshooting, Debugging, Active Directory Shift are some of the requirements: Night Shift
- Supporting products/applications based on Microsoft technology such as Windows and Active Directory is a plus.
- Skills in debugging code (not writing the code, but just reading through the code and understanding the logic).
- Having a good understanding of databases, such as SQL, is essential (writing queries, running performance tools etc.)
- Communication skills (both written and vocal) are exceptional.
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Proficiency in technology
- Advanced problem analysis and isolation of problems with a high level of difficulty are required.
- Customer issues should be replicated in-house.
- Create articles for our internal knowledgebase.
- Ability to quickly learn a wide range of technology
- Using an incident tracking system, document customer problem information, recommendations, and resolution in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Ascertain that the telephone ACD queue is adequately covered.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management, and provide regular updates.
Teamwork & Leadership:
- Achieve and sustain specific KPAs, such as the number of cases closed or issues resolved, as well as other pre-determined objectives.
- Set realistic personal training and product certification goals with the Technical Support Manager.
- Qualifications and Requirements for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (Excellence Orientation) Qualifications.
- Ability to recognize important issues in the field and communicate them to management in a timely manner.
- With a strong desire to lead by example, this is a can-do mentality.
- Self-motivation and the ability to follow instructions.
Communication in the Workplace:
- It is necessary to have a positive customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and use discretion while dealing with consumer calls and giving technical support.
- Communication abilities that are both written and vocal are essential.
